Most British Arabs we've surveyed have experienced some prejudice due to their Arab identity.

Anti-Arab racism and discrimination is under-reported. In a recent B.A.A. survey 63% of respondents reported having directly experienced racism or prejudice in Britain, in relation to their Arab identity. These incidents took place overwhelmingly in social settings, in the workplace, on the streets and at school.

The British Arab community has been silent in the face of prejudice, especially racism that is not specifically Islamophobic. Please help us understand the nature and type of incidents so that we can reduce racism and discrimination.

Please help us develop a more extensive picture of racism and prejudice being experienced amongst British Arab communities.
