Refund policy

Your support to the B.A.A. covers our running costs and enables us to function. We may from time to time offer you additional benefits such as briefings, invitations to events and invitations to participate in our research; this is entirely at our own discretion and not guaranteed to donors.

For a refund on your contribution, you must notify us within three working days. It may take us up to five working days to respond.

Any use of our services (including attending events / meetings / using data and briefing notes etc…) excludes you from entitlement to a refund.

A refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 7 business days after our agreeing to provide a refund. Once your refund has been processed, a refund confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checking out. Your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund to your account.
